Eggs by the Bay™ offers the Bay Area BBQ Community cooking classes
covering various Big Green Egg related subjects. These popular cooking classes are kept to a manageable size, with 15-25 students in each. Our classes are Instructor demonstrationed on all cooking teachniques with a sampling of all cooked foods served as a BBQ lunch at the end of each class. All recipes on teaching subjects are offered as handouts. Free coffee and cold beverages to each student.

Our Eggs by the Bay™ cooking classes are held at our classroom facility in Santa Clara, CA. Eggs by the Bay offers a wide range of classes for beginners and advanced chefs on Low and Slow, Grilling meats and Seafood, Pizza and Bread making/Baking all featuring the Big Green Egg. We pride ourselves in our ongoing educational efforts in helping others to learn to use the Big Green Egg. Eggs by the Bay has hosted over 250 Big Green Egg cooking classes since 2005.
