Big Green Egg Classes

"Entertaining on the Big Green Egg" $150

This two hour class will be held at our Eggs by the Bay Store on June 2, 2015 at 7 PM.  The evening begins with a refreshing grilled fruit tequila sunrise that will make you and your guests believe you are on a tropical beach.  For the first appetizer course, Chef Linkie will prepare crusty flat bread topped with brie, shaved asparagus, cumin, and bacon.  The entrée course will be a combination of Mediterranean inspired Surf and Turf featuring a juicy beef tenderloin and shrimp marinated in fresh herbs and spices.  For the final course of the evening, Chef Linkie will feature her one-of-kind decadent Mississippi mud cake baked with milk stout and smothered in beer fudge icing.  All attendees will walk away with copies of Chef Linkie’s recipes that were featured in the class.

    Our Eggs by the Bay cooking classes are held at our classroom facility in Santa Clara, CA.   We also conduct several classes at our annual Eggfest, which is held in June.  Eggs by the Bay offers classes on Smoking, Seafood, Baking and Basics through out the calendar year.   We pride ourselves in our ongoing educational efforts in helping others learn to use the Big Green Egg.  Our first cooking class was held in 2005, and we have conducted over 100 classes since....all featuring the Big Green Egg.
